Kestros Engineering is a consulting and contract engineering firm dedicated to helping clients transform their manufacturing lines and achieve their potential. Many manufacturers are throwing enormous amounts of money away on quality problems, inefficient processes, and slow production rates. At Kestros Engineering, we solve your problems using whatever tool is best for your situation.
Quality problems are often caused by process variation. Using a Six Sigma approach, they are solved with Standard Work creation, equipment maintenance planning, enhanced controls or tooling improvements.
Improving inefficient processes and slow production rates starts with understanding the Key Process Variables of your process. What are the most important parameters that determine if your production line is thriving or just surviving? Once these are understood, we bring them under control, mathematically model the process and optimize to determine the best parameters for success.
Our Founder
Aaron founded Kestros Engineering in 2023 with the vision of helping manufacturers across industries achieve their potential. He has worked in aerospace, aviation, and general manufacturing with extensive experience in aluminum extrusion. He has supported multiple facilities at the corporate level, driving best practice standardization across sites and created and implemented new methods of process control and optimization.
Aaron has a passion for team building and developing people. No problem is truly solved unless the people on the line and in the office understand: the problem, why it happened, how it happened, and how to keep it from happening again. Kestros Engineering exists to help our clients succeed by helping their people succeed.
